Low Blood Pressure
Low blood pressure is fine if it is tolerated by being able to function normally. Insurance actuarial tables show that the lower the tolerated blood pressure the longer one can live (among healthy people). If a dialysis patient's blood pressure does go up with extra fluid it could still be that he is keeping his weight below dry weight.
